NQF 4 Generic Management

This accredited qualification consists of various unit standards that are intended for junior managers of small, medium and large business units within an organization, or those that are apprising to these positions.

Junior management includes team leaders, supervisors, foremen and departmental heads.

The focus:

The focus of this qualification has been designed to provide delegates with a range of various skills, knowledge, attitudes and values to be as effective and competent within their daily duties as possible.

This qualification consists of Unit Standards that fall into Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling and lastly Ethics.

The qualification also consists of Core, Fundamental and Elective Unit Standards.

This qualification will provide delegates with a well-rounded understanding on how to maximize their potential within any organization.
