We collect this information directly from you (e.g. via application, contact, or sponsorship forms), through your use of our website, from employer clients submitting employee data for compliance reporting, or from publicly available sources.

  •       Consent – for example, when you apply for a learnership or bursary, or agree to marketing communications.
  •       Contract – to enrol you as a learner, administer training, or perform our obligations to employer clients under a service agreement.
  •       Legal obligation – such as submitting WSP/ATR, Employment Equity, or POPIA reports to the relevant regulators on behalf of clients, or complying with SETA and accreditation requirements.
  •       Legitimate interests – such as improving our training programmes and website, provided this does not override your rights.

Where we process special personal information (such as race, disability, or health information) for Employment Equity or learnership reporting purposes, we do so only with your explicit consent or as permitted under POPIA section 27, and only to the extent required for that purpose.
